food healing taught to her by Dr Tom and Dr Janet Wu. She is also a vocalist and music producer, producing music and guided

Classes are fun, and although they are lighthearted in one sense, I hold the space for an incredibly deep practice. We go together as
a group, where we may not go alone, supported by each other in a trusting, loving environment for the maximum practice and healing to occur.
Students have commented on increased relaxation and a sense of deep inner peace and a settled heart after our practice together. Together
we hold the space for the incredible healing and transformation and miracles manifest. Everyone who comes to class is lead for a reason,
an alignment. From observation and personal experience, the benefits range from physical, emotional and mental, and are a direct result
of the practice harmonizing and balancing all aspects of the human condition. If you are looking miracles in your life, Qi Gong will
bring them on!
